The Jayhawks look to bounce back from a tough 35-13 loss to Oklahoma when they travel to Lubbock to face Texas Tech. QB Todd Reesing struggled against the Sooners going 22 of 42 for 224 yards with 3 interceptions. Stud WR Dezmon Briscoe was held to 60 yards.

Texas Tech was surprised by Texas A&M 52-30. Tech QB Taylor Potts had a horrible game turning the ball over 3 times. ESPN’s Joe Schad is reporting that Redshirt Freshmen QB Seth Doege will start against Kansas.

Prediction: The Jayhawks will try to outscore Texas Tech on their home turf, a difficult challenge. Todd Reesing will bounce back with a good game but it won’t be enough. The young Doege has an impressive debut in a big victory for the Red Raiders. Texas Tech 33 Kansas 27
